Okbaji bet (https://okbajibet.net) is an online betting platform offering Sports Betting services in Bangladesh and international markets. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between okbaji bet and all its users.

02 Account Policy

To place bets on okbaji bet, you must have a valid account. All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Accounts created with false information may be closed at any time and balances may be forfeited.

Account Registration Rules

• Each individual may register only one account.
• Opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided at registration.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be requested for account verification.

Account Security

Keep your password and login credentials strictly confidential — do not share them with anyone. If you notice any unusual activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.

Bet Acceptance Terms

• A bet is not finalised until you receive a confirmation message.
• Any bet not confirmed due to a technical issue will be considered void.
• Bets placed before an odds change will be settled at the original odds.
• The maximum bet amount per event is set by okbaji bet and may be changed at any time.

Reasons for Bet Cancellation

• If a Match or Event Is Cancelled
• If Incorrect Odds Are Displayed Due to an Obvious Technical Error
• If Evidence of Match-Fixing or Manipulation Is Found
• If a User Operates Multiple Accounts

Live Betting

Odds during Live Betting change in real time. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet are considered final — however, a bet is not accepted until confirmed by the system. Network delays may cause odds to change, in which case the updated odds will apply.

05 Payments & Transactions

Okbaji bet supports Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within 2–5 minutes.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–24 hours.
• Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended if fraudulent activity is suspected.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Okbaji bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms, which are detailed on the respective offer page. These Terms & Conditions apply to all bonuses.

General Terms for Bonus Usage

• The welcome bonus is available to each user once only.
• A wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing any bonus (typically 5–15x).
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus balance will be converted to cash balance once the wagering requirements have been met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

07 Responsible Gaming

Okbaji bet believes betting should be a form of entertainment — not a habit or a source of financial hardship. We encourage all users to play responsibly.

• Set your own daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits.
• Never bet with money you cannot afford to lose.

09 Prohibited Activities

• Hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to steal or access another user's account credentials
• Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Any attempt to manipulate okbaji bet's software or systems

10 Account Closure

Okbaji bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. In most cases, however, users will be notified in advance.

You Can Also Close Your Account Yourself

To close your okbaji bet account, email our support team at support@okbajibet.net. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the account is closed.

• Any pending bets will be settled after the account is closed.
• Any valid balance will be returned after verification is complete.
• Balances will not be refunded in cases of fraud.

11 Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or complaint, please contact our customer support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

• In the event of a dispute over betting results, the official match result will be considered final.
• Payment disputes will be resolved within a maximum of 7 business days.
• All decisions made by okbaji bet are considered final and binding.

12 Right to Make Changes

Okbaji bet reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified on the platform before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number or email address.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you may request to close your account.
